Northwestern Pacific Railroad. SMART is now in control of the railroad. I found out that 1501 is a MP15DC and it was originally owned by Southern Pacific. They also own a Railpower RP20GE (is an ex UP engine) they also have a GP9, GP7u, a RP20BD and a Baldwin V0-1000m which are out of service. (reading this off of Wikipedia)
