I feel like silence on attacks is a little too strong. Maybe it could be tied to Accusation.

You could add this to khainite assassins for dark elves. They are pretty much copypaste of this unit, also underwhelming

@all I was asked if I can add this to Sigmar Priests also, but I think having prayers makes them already unique
