Garry doesn't include some of the modern codecs, so it's almost impossible to play most videos in the vanilla browser...
So you have to patch CEF before using this addon.
and also, it's super hard to find a working public Invidious instance because of Google's shitshow, so... yeah, we're doomed :(

yay! (i hate youtube, they found their dumbasses onto media player and now they fucked it up.)

at first it didn't work, then i changed it to a numbered backend of it and it worked a bit more. but i end up with the video not playing and showing the message: "No compatible source was found for this media".

Thanks for making this, media player used to be slightly lukewarm for now's standards till' this mod rolled up.

YouTube no longer works with this, it just says:
[Request Error] Failed to parse HTML Page for metadata: title = string, duration = nil

does it support phub?

Heres some reccomendations, I'll try this out:
- Youtube Music support / better audio UI
- Built in extra variants of the media player since this could have compatibility issues with the current extra media player addons
- Playlist support. The current way of saving a playlist makes it so you have to make it a dupe, and then it doesn't work right sometimes, its just annoying.
