Just set the blue square with crest smack dab in the middle of the flag and it's golden.

@Avtraz finally found how that Atlas flag looks like. Change that Carolina Blur background with red and white vertical stripes (like on USA flag) and change circle from black to dark blue. Logo to be kept white.
