What would be really cool is if you can move the position of the super destroyer, that way I can split the scenery between my 2 monitors and keep the super destroyer on my main monitor without it looking goofy in the middle of 2 monitors.

I’m still working on finding a good super earth pic. I sadly was pretty busy around the time the illuminate invaded it so I wasn’t able to get anything good.

Sorry I’ve been heads down recently. I’ve been seeing the tik toks of it and it looks sick. It’s pretty easy to add a planet so I’m gonna hop on tb and try to get a good shot of it!

I cant @ you because you put spaces in your name somehow but Bob Van Gobbe, I made something to do that because I had the same thought. I made a Preset for this BG for each planet it has so you can have the rotate if you want.

I'll make a note to do this. I'll try to make it a checkbox or something right next to the title position slider. It may be a bit before I can get around to doing this but I'll make a note for the future! I appreciate the help

Hey man, great work on the wallpaper, but all my icons are on the left side of the screen. I mirrored the wallpaper so that the ship is on the right hand side. When I hit mirror it flips all the words on the ship as well. Do you think it is possible to add a flip text option?

If it changed location each time you booted your PC would be cool but yeah, putting it on a timer would also be cool.

good news and a bit of an update on this, I thought of a way to optimize this further and make it extremely easy to upload new planets AND make them 4k. I've re-created the blinking lights as it's own video layer and will be using screenshots of planets instead of video. This way I can worry less about polishing a video and just focus on making a picture look good instead.

yup, had the renders backed up to a cloud thank god. I might be able to just re-create this and hopefully re-upload to this workshop page. I've got a lot going on so it may be a while before I'm able to dedicate some time to this but I want to update it to only be images instead of looping videos for 3 reasons: 1. I can upscale to 4k easily, 2. it drastically reduces the wallpaper download size (I think), and 3. it would allow for the community to submit their own screenshots to add to the collection, if you're willing ofc.

I would need to start from scratch again if it's not possible to edit the ones you subscribe to... My process of how I create these is: hop in game, pick a planet mission to move my ship there, then I would abandon the mission and start quick joining matches then leaving immediately to get the shot. I would bring that footage into a video editor and grab the ~0.5 second clip of the ship lights blinking once and let it loop in wallpaper engine. I would also screenshot a frame and bring it into photoshop to make edits for the ship title, planet title, and lower left player card. It was tedious work...
