Adapted to the recent archaeological site code.
Issue explanation: The AI did not survey systems because other mods added archaeological sites without restricting AI access. This caused scientists to receive severe Excavation Speed penalties, preventing them from exploring star systems and thus leaving the map unexplored. I have now removed these negative modifiers, so this bug will no longer occur.
This has no effect on vanilla gameplay. However, for mod-added archaeological sites, you need to manually add the restriction that makes them inaccessible to AI empires. Alternatively, you can request the mod author to implement this restriction.

问题解释:AI不开图是因为打了其他带有考古遗迹的模组,而这些考古遗迹没有限制AI的访问,导致科学家收到了挖掘速度大幅降低的负面Buff,科学家没法探索星系,所以不开图。目前我把这些负面Buff删去了,所以不再会出现这类bug。这对原版玩家没有任何影响,但是对于模组添加的考古遗迹,你需要手动为它们添加AI无法访问的代码。也可以请求模组作者添加限制。
