Looked into it @honger, I don't think it's possible, I can't find a hiddenselection for the first person view of the pants, to fix them I'd need the actual object file of the pants which I cannot acquire, unless you can hook me up with one of the S&S people and they give me permission to use the object file from their mod

When wearing the Marpat+White shirt uniform, in first person you still have blue trousers and those white-black shoes. Not sure if something you can fix or a bug of S&S itself
