Don't Starve Alone changes how the game works significantly and it's known for breaking others mods. This is something that ideally should be handled on their side. I'm not willing to investigate this in an attempt to fix in on my side at the moment, sorry.

tried disabling all mods and turning them on few at a time to see what mod causes this bug - seems like it's Don't Starve Alone that is the offender. do you know if it can be fixed in a future update? thank you for your attention regardless.

Hey iLag, the mod already checks for backpacks. Maybe one of your mods is conflicting with this one? Could you test/try with just this mod enabled? Thank you!

great mod, but please make the mod check both backpack and player inventory for the beefallo bell instead of just the player inventory. currently, if you have the bell in your backpack, the mod will assume you don't have it and warn you anyway.

you have no idea howmany times ihave been bucked off in the middle of a fight with no armor and my beef just runs away because i forgot to bring the bell

Ride a cow and run away with the other cowbells (the cow is on the boat). The game crashes on the second reminder.

Dropping items on disconnect is enforced by the server, Habakkuk. A client mod can't change that.

Clients don't know what's inside containers when they're closed, so no, it won't glow or trigger the warnings.
