update to 1.15 perhaps? doesnt seem to work anymore with gemran dlc

A few of my other games that had color blind mode for red, always changed it to orange.

Yes it is compatible with RT 56.

It was always noticeable enough for me but I can get why people would have trouble, Paradox should make this vanilla

I'd say this is better than the vanilla one!
