It should work now, basicly made a new mod. And copied all the stuff into it. Was easyer then trying to fix. However still a pain in the ass haha. Took me whole day >.> 8 hours or something.

Anyways there still 1 small thingy, ill see if can do that tomorrow. Some of then Pawn division icons arent working. So there is just no image showing. However this shouldn't cause issues game play wise.
Still a pretty decent chance that there are still other issues that i havent seen. Please let me know!

@foxmarco um actually it still crashes in army general when i enter battle and call one in, do you think its possible to replace all the Jagdpanzer IV A-0's with regular Jagdpanzer IV to avoid this? (All good if its too time consuming, ill just avoid using them if you cant)

Hello! A update in general for the status of me as a SD2 modder:

Trying to keep my mods that i have on the work shop alive by changing the game versions.
As previously stated, this kinda means im unable to change stuff. Or i basicly need to re do the whole mod. Wich is a real pain!
I try to keep my mods updated as long as possible.

I know havent uploaded any new mods in about a year. Was working on a new SD2 mod, however after long time of working on it. I sadly had to shelve it... I might re visit it later! It was a division overhaul mod.

I decided my modding for SD2 lays with AG campaigns. And not with division overhauls. So thats why i shelved my hard work that i been doing for a year...

Currently im working on a new AG campaign mod!! WIll still take sometime. But i will promise be worth the wait!

Looked into it, and the game indeed chrashed with the jagdpanzer IV A-0.
I tryed fixing this in the files.
However since this is a pretty old mod, wich i just port over by changing the Game Version.
I will get too many error of other stuff that isnt right. What doesnt allow me to fix this issue.

HOWEVER i did find a solution.
By any chance are you using the skin variant of the jagdpanzer IV A-0.
Since the game only chrases with my mod if you use this skin for jagdpanzer IV A-0.
So i recommend.. wel more like its needed. To turn of the skin for the jagdpanzer IV A-0. For me the game didnt crash when i didnt use the skin!

yeah you can even go into armory and click on the jagdpanzer IV A-0 and the game will crash instantly so its definitely that lol

can you maybe make it to where it doesnt reqiure every single dlc?

-01/05/2025: Mod Updated from steel division 2 Version 144789 -> Steel Division 2 Version 149435. Mod should be downloadable through steam workshop again!

Thanks for update. Why are the tanks and the colour of BASTONGE the same white in this battle, and cannot be placed on the battlefield, as they will directly jump out?

Did the download in moddb and installed as needed. I can activate it but it does nor replace my Vistula campaign. any ideas?

vistula are not replacing when im turning on this mod

@foxmarco : you or any folks you know have some tips on what makes a mod crash despite only editing company composition? Running the "GenerateMod.bat" does not give any spelling errors and i have no idea how to read crash logs...

just says error when trying to activate it

#XM Yep it is, just start up vistula campaign and you will get there!
Will look the exact same as vistula just with different unit compositions and stuff to give impression of battle of berlin.

Ive activated the mod and I have all dlc is it vistula campaign never tried a AG mod since ive not played SD2 until 2019 sorry if im being stupid.

Mod should work all fine, just started it up to cheak and works for me. Please let me know if still issues, then ill see what i can do!

In the name of the AG isnt changed, so you just need to start ip the Vustula campaign.

Im sorry to hear that it chrashed. I played again until turn 10 and after to look if it crashed. For me i didnt experience a crash. Looked at the units you get in turn 10 but couldnt find any faults.
It could be becouse maby you played before the Update. When you load a save before a update SD2 opens a new "tab" with older game version so you can play. And since my mod been updated to newer version. It could be that this causes some issues on your side. Ill do my best to look if its something els!

Hello, there was no replacement for the Battle of Vistula after subscribing

hey fox! me&my friends really appreciate ur work, but we met some serious bug that after 10 move in 1 round game just froze and cant play no more
we tried same AG without mod which it works perfectly,but when enable this mod same ♥♥♥♥ happend again,so we wondering if u have some thoughts on this

Thank you for your mod. The new update makes this mod unable to load again. I am missing my SS.

If I could ask about some stuff, do you know how the fire rate of weapons work, from the Ammunition.ndf files and how they translate into the game?, I know at least most of the fields that goes into it but not really how it works or how to set the fire rate to what I want (trail and error seems to be unreliable).

The other thing if you'd allow me is that I changed the weapons on some units, but the sound effects that would play is of the old weapons they had, I only changed /Ammo.... in UniteDescriptor. I'd be glad if you could help me with those.

FYI, I have played this mod with only the AG dlcs and the mod works just fine! No need to have all the dlcs.

As stated previously about the DLC question:

"I edited some of the DLC infantry units with new loadouts and models to use in this Army General. So i think you need the DLC, to be honest cant say wich DLC's. Im not sure if it works without the DLC's."

This looks dope af, but why are all the DLC needed? Shouldn't the units involved mostly already be in the game?

Do i need all these DLCs? because i wanna play it
