@Racoon - this mod was made for a 10 years later playthrough, so I agree, it doesn't really make sense right after the incident. There are 3 presets, though.
Worse Zombie Loot Condition attempts to get holes to work, so you could check that mod out.
If so, I actually did want to do this, but when I set the item to 'destroyed', it unequips, and the zombie gets naked (because you cannot wear a broken item).
But is it possible for clothes to be 100% damaged?
84% is still attractive, but I also want to make it extreme condition!

The main difference - this mod doesn't add holes or destroy clothing.
It just lowers clothing condition, based on the sandbox setting (visualized by the pie chart image).
I'll change the mod to ignore zombified players. Stay tuned for the next update. ;)
I made some changes to apply blood and dirt, but they go from clean to filthy, in an instant, the second they die -- before they've even hit the ground. It looks pretty stupid.
I'll hold off on this update until I find a better way to do it.
If I added it, I would probably make it the reverse of the condition:
1 condition = ~100% dirty, 3 condition = ~70% dirty, 8 condition = ~20% dirty, etc.
In fact, a hole in your shoe does so much damage, that 2 holes will completely destroy a pair of shoes.
It's possible I'm lowering an item's condition, but then a hole adds its own "damage", which destroys the item completely.
I might be able to 'repair' the holes, lower the condition, then add the holes again (to prevent zombies from suddenly unequipping their clothes on death) -- though, I don't see this happen very often. It miiiiight be a mod conflict? hmmm
