Doesn't seem to work with the EPV and IVP from Highway Expansion I have this mod installed and my EPV lights are still the default blue double flash

@PatrickNotRick It will be updated once the EPV is fixed. Lights or sirens do not seem to work on it no matter what I try.

I tried your SkinPack and that works fine, but this mod does nothing when I subscribe to it. It downloads, but in-game nothing has changed.

i'm looking for a Blue and Blue light mod. all the others in the workshop are soooo out of date and maybe abandoned

Only thing I would change on the cars is having the hazard lights flashing at the same time, grill on the charger change some of the blue and red lights and have some white light flashing. For the Tahoe I would maybe have 1 red flashing on the left side and 1 blue light flashing on the right side. This is a really good ELS and one of the best thats on here.

No, this a different custom ELS pattern. (Not based off any IRL departments)

The one on the Black and White are Based off the LAPD which you can find here:
