You should learn some basics...

i've downloaded it (through the google link) but how do i actually open the map? Am I meant to put the maps into a specific folder? Which one? Then what? Sorry for the loads of questions, but I'm not technically advanced at all

i have everything necessary mounted for the wick map, but the grass is black and the outer terrain is missing texture

I remembered playing 2 of the maps in Garry's Mod before the April 2019 Update where Facepunch doesn't care about it's playerbase anymore by adding Gameanalytics & Server Operator Rules which totally limits our freedom.

It's unacceptable for a company to give us freedom with no rules, but years later they took it away from us, both of the Gameanalytics & Server Operator Rules for Gmod has no reason to exist

dang, cause im getting some missing textures for that one and the racing track aswell as some errors. i guess there something i need to add something on my end.

No. Just the ones listed, and I didn't have any bug about pink and purple stuff about the map in question

i noticed the map WICk has some mixing textures for the grass in stuff, is there other files i need?
