Hi, i found 3 problems with this map
1. The parking lot on spiffo and pizza place are messed up, it seems some vehicles are spawned a bit north than it supposed to.
2. The two garage door at the auto shop are overlapping with wall.
3. Second story of the storage building on the northwest are not accessible, because the stairs blocked by floor.

Doesnt even spawn for me at all?

Seems like Coryerdon makes some structures of this map to don't have any loot

Can confirm, I think a map mod causes the loot in the buildings to not appear, happens with the storage room on the hardware store and with all the mechanic stuff in the gas station

I am unsure if it is another mod I use or this one, but there appears to be an incorrect loot definition in the gas station added by this mod. All of the shelves and such are full of books and such.

my only critic its thta playing with no rosewood extension or with greapseed the bigger gas station is to much, i would preffered a 2nd factory (a brewery mybe only found in louisville)
