In fact, the biggest problem with this game is the high amount of territories that cannot be painted (conquered). This makes the map very ugly. I wish the entire map could be painted and conquered like in Victoria 3 and Hearts of Iron 4, but it's not going to happen!

@pc_suffering There are basic automatic features. But honestly this mod isn't that useful if you're using Virtual Limes already.

one thing that could easily solve border gore is having ai empires just completly shatter, then it wont look so ugly cause its just a jumbled mess instead of a gigantic endlessly growing blob

I'm sure yes, since adding and removing it causes or stops the longer end of turn hiccups.
I'm using only Invictus, Realistic Tribes and your Scorched Earth and Virtual Limes.
I haven't tried using it with only invictus though.

@Mysterius I have no impact on performance on my end, no freeze, nothing, are you sure this is caused by this mod? As for a one-shot use, see description. You can just load the mod, enter the console command, and then disable the mod again.

The mod is an interesting idea but the end-of-month hiccup is too large. It basically doubles or triples the end-of-month freeze. I think it would mostly be used as a one-shot in a catastrophic border gore situation.
