"More MRE&Millitary Food"
I had searched type, ration, military... :S
But am still inundated with - and have mod options for - the military rations mod...
"Type 21 military rations and food."
???
Spent 4hrs breaking into a military facility and found nothing but these rations in the locked/blocked off rooms in several locations...
Thanks for the lifetime supply of suck.
it would be cool if you could put the rations in boxes.
12 c-ration cartons per case, two rows of six (source google)
12 complete k-rations per fiberboard box (source google)
and perhaps a recipe to make them, the early ones were contracted out to just about anyone who could provide components so maybe we could make something close enough.
Sorry for my bad spelling.
*clack* *clack*
Obviously, if you know where to look you can still get your hands on old rations even today, but I don't think the military could be expected to have any K-rations left, and by 1993 even the MCI would probably be relegated to mainly military surplus vendors, enthusiasts, and maybe camping stores.
C-Ration M-Unit Rolls, C-Ration B-Unit Rolls, and K-Ration Rolls are all sandbox options to define the loot chance on zombies. It's not "chance" per se, but the higher the number, the higher the chance it'll spawn on zombies
I currently have no plans for additional items to add, although if you have certain ideas, feel free to write them down in detail and I'll consider them :)
@invader
Unfortunately that thing shouldn't be added to game options since drop loot needs to be configured server-side and not client-side if it happens to be activated in servers. Like I said above, it's helpful if you install a third party mod to change the sandbox options.
I will most likely push an update today :)
I think nomads appreciate MRE mods more because sometimes you camp in a random building for a couple nights and can't cook. If you carry a tent around, then you probably want MREs.
I may turn off the mod for now since the drop rate is too high and makes the game a lot easier. May i suggest as feedback a game option (not sandbox setting) to turn off the drops from the infected corpses it could solve this issue a lot easier.
Thanks for reporting the issue! I just pushed an update which fixes the issue :)
Now, let's get this out on a tray.
