even i switch off the GEO plant, it's still running

also, water produced from GEO plant cannot send to storage
maybe doesn't need to produce water

i will start a new game to test btw
or removing some power plants to reduce loading see if it goes

update for unity 2022.3.16f1, you have to rebuild it or something bad will happen. Don't know why.

The building will back in Chinese, which means the AssetBundle ID of the original is Chinese version. I'm not sure what happened, but you can try resubscribing first and then demolishing the building to rebuild.

When I save and load the English version, "?" and disappeared?
I subscribed to the Chinese version and reloaded it, and it came back in the Chinese version.
