If it is to be updated, I'd love an optional setting to have the hedges no longer connect graphically to walls. Plz and thank you.

Greetings, fine fellow, you might want to check out ReGrowth. In their ever expanding acquisition of mods, Bloming hedges was among them. Helixien was quite eager to implement a similar feature to what you requested. While i am unsure whether they can be painted as of yet, it might be worth to check them out
I must ask though, is there any chance they can be made (or settings added to make them) not be able to support roofs and require growable ground?
Is there a possibility for "half height wall" variants? Like to be used as fences for animal pens or to have blooming variants fully covered for beauty purposes and having the ability to shoot over them and use them as cover
IDEA - Pretty security? Sandbags with moss/flowers/mushrooms growing? Barriers with viney flowers or blood stains?
This mods is soley basic xml how this is supposed to break something, is beyond me.
However, today this mod began to interfere with loading the game. When launched, the Unity engine crashes. The list of modifications has not changed.
It started to launch only when I found and excluded this mod.
Although this is not a big loss for passing the Anomaly, I still want to use the hedges later.
While the painting roses scene from Alice in wonderland was never my favourite, it did have a certain charm about it,
I personally prefer "A very merry Unbirthday" myself

The last screenshot is of the Gulden Biome, the mod for which should be able to be located within the compatability section of the mod.
If i have to take one more leisurely stroll through these gardens i will fling myself off the cliff
