It's not that hard if you know to use paint.net or gimp. I suggest to look up at this guide hope it helps for you to edit a texture: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2220513876 . VTF files are just image formats.

@SirWulfric the glasses can be remove but it takes a process to decompile and recompile the model.
