@jkassavetis Harder ask than you think. Making anime themed units is beyond the scope of this mod or my current efforts but it would be really cool. I'm not that skilled unfortunately. 😭 and what do you mean by clashes? I've not known the UU in this mod to clash and if that's the case for you would you be so kind as to share your logs?

These anime mods need to make anime themed units, or else it clashes.
I would think they would mix well with the Civ 5 terrain theme, much more than Civ6's.

Do you know Punishing: Gray Raven?In its linkage version with BRS, it Push-off a new kind of enemy which is based on Chess. I think it is a good idea of the UU of the civilization of BRS.:steamhappy:

@L0L2G0D5 thank you for your ideas. I definitely understand where you're coming from. If I come back to this game some time soon when i get time to, I will try balance it out more. I tried to go unique with this mod with the barbs spawning in as a counter effect to the buffs you get but I understand theirs flaws to that. I do have a few ideas in mind to add more depth to this but I'm not sure when I can update it. Thanks for your feedback and thanks for playing and I'm glad it's more to your liking than my skynet mods. They are so beyond outdated in terms of what I would do now. I had a rough draft of a new skynet mod which had a cool mechanic and really unique play style but I couldn't get round to doing it. I'll let you know if I ever get round to creating it. Hopefully before civ 7:wakana:

However you did glance over a few exploits that made this civ quite unbalanced, and having a flat bonus to any yield is usually yield specific, or comes with bonuses. If you look at the vanilla or dlc civs they can be 'unbalanced' but that's about the quality you're aiming for when it comes to balance. some cool thing that does have counterplay (macedonians get science from troops but they still can be versed by  korea, or germany with double districts, china has boosts to wonders but if not done properly can still be outproduced by other civs, kupe has great ocean exploration but still can be matched by other naval civs in shallow waters early on. and so forth :) I wish you much luck if you make another leader and do know I love your ideas and I could never make something as cool as you do (smol brain) I just wanna help where 
I can. thank you for these mods they're interesting even though they're unbalanced (at least with this one I won't die to the AI causing 100 power barbarians

this is interesting but it's not the most balanced. It is interesting but not balanced. a simple early warrior settler spam strategy would result in having a minimum +36 combat strength from 4 newly settled cities (if you remember cities start with 9 free tiles for units but they can grow to having 37 each) (warrior spam is made viable by not collecting iron despite being higher on the tech tree, 110 is late game military strength). It could make ancient domination viable. the barbarians spawning on the custom district would be an issue if people used the new custom unit, but until that happens it's a free flat 20% boost to all military focused areas. if you're struggling to research nationalism and mobilisation you just don't build a specialty district in one of your cities. It is very interesting looking though I'm probably going to do a domination rush victory with the strategy I described but I must say honestly well done. This is, infact, more balanced then lite terminator mod.

that barb spawn, I had the difficulty at imortal, and i'm doing well, but I can't tell you Its a lock. So enjoying it more than sky net (light or other wise). I wish it let you know how many turns you had left with the attack bonus.

@ranma_hf hello again, its been a while lol. honestly a few users have pointed out the nexus needs something new. i had in mind a choice for players, whether they wanted to pursue war type of yields, or peace type of yields. war obviously comes at a cost but i do understand it needs work. the reason one would build the nexus is because they want to either A: have more science, gold and production in a city, or B the ability to train the unique unit. like i mentioned a few players have already told me about the unique unit appearing too late to be useful or purposeful, which is a flaw. if you have play tested this already im happy to hear and implement your ideas. you was a lot of help with skynet and i believe this mod is better suited for you.

you get massive bonuses by not having the out world nexus? am i reading that right? Why? I can understand it having those negatives in a town that has them the trade off and deciding how many your gonna have.

很有特色的文明,但是bug实在太多了。宣战buff很强,但是开战之后出的兵不吃buff,重复宣或者被宣会重置buff时间,SL之后buff会直接没法续。特殊兵种实在是太靠后了,冲科技手段不能快AI一个时代的话到那时候已经开始核弹大战了,并且兵种类型是新增的导致不吃一堆buff(城邦政体政策etc),近战升成远程导致不能下城(开美丽新世界也没用,因为如上条不吃buff),且升级树会错误继承,建议还是做成独立特殊单位靠转项目或者其他方式获得吧

@Sanakan I have ... uh, 114 mods installed? Most are Civ/Leader mods ... but none of the other Civs I have installed exhibit this behavior, so :shrug: Database has a lot of errors, but nothing for BRS, and I can't figure out how to tell what error is supposed to be related to when. The Gameplay Errors all seem to be related to other mods, anyway. Modding ... doesn't seem to be showing anything wrong, I think?

Not sure what I'm supposed to try doing with the Debugging LUA; is it supposed to generate another file for me to look at somewhere?

@Entropy Judge that's really weird. Have you got many mods installed? If not which ones I can try and play around and see which is causing issues. Otherwise could you have a look at the log files? There is some info in the Mod Errors thread above for whether to find them if you don't know. Thanks!

Don't know if it's some kind of mod conflict with a mod I already have installed, but when playing with BRS as an AI, she dies immediately after loading a saved game. Just loading up the game gives me a notification on the right that the civ has been defeated and all her stuff is gone.
