Mod Progress Update: Managed to Update mod to include the dlc characters but still having issues with some of them not being able to die. I'll be uploading it after I figure out the issue and fixing the same issue with some of the vanilla npc's. I have noticed some mods can conflict with the essential flag of some characters, will investigate and try to make them compatable.

@allengerchman: Yes it should let you kill General Tullius. If not, let me know but I've already tested it in special edition and it did let me kill him.

Ok working on this mod again (For both Original Skyrim and Special Edition), currently going through Tamriel seeing who can die and who can not. In note though, I have noticed some NPC's not being able to die after either certain quests are done or other reasons. Investigating that problem as well.

Okay, i clicked download, i started up the skyrim launcher, waited for the mods to load, went into my game and tryed to kill Riverwood. everyone could die except for Alvor!!! and his bitch wife!!
):< WHY, WON'T, THEY, DIE!!?! DX< i thought you turned of everyones essentialisum WTF?

I even sorted this mod with loot and used SKSE launcher and they refuse to just die and get in my soul gems. WTF?

I is in prison of Whiterun. I murdered teh child, cooked her, then I ates her. The gaurds are now huntings you. (Grammer and mispellings are on purpose).

I usually have a different profile to mess around with, so I go on godmode killing all of Skyrim. I'm halfway there.

Guess the next couple of people that travel to Skyrim are gonna have a lot of Draugr encounters.

but i always save so i dont miss the questgiver i kill

Can you make it so the player is the only one who can kill essential NPCs? It would be bad if, say, a wolf attacked and killed the jarl of Whiterun or something.

Soon will add support for DLC's, However it will take some time between work and home stuff. The DLC version will be listed as the same name minus the version number. ex. "Everybody Can Die! (Legendary Edition)"
