i dont get what you're trying to ask me, if you want to use the map, click the subscribe button. if you want to make your own map, use hammer editor for that, you're gonna have to look up a few tutorials.

Quite interesting. I would have honestly liked it even more if the bathroom backoom was added, but I suppose the basement may serve a similar function (which is oddly similar to those 2014 GMod maps, before FNaF3 revealed the backroom's existance).
