Thank you, found it. it is indeed the basement, i had the basement shape at 0.4 now its back to 0.5. only then it started to work properly

That means there’s an issue when the basement is generating, making a report on discord is the best way for me to address that!

I wanna report a problem, i just don't know how to structure/format it.
Tho i can say that everytime i generate a world it reaches 100% then stops there, like the loading bar disappears but it's stuck on world generation screen.

I can gaurantee it is related to this mod, cause only when i disable this mod will i successfully create a world. but i don't know if there are other mods affecting this mod.

I'm sadly not going to making any new structures for a while, but there's a basement update in the works! That'll address that space issue.
Drawbridges and those other doors sure would be neat, but those'll have to wait until I keep making new buildings!

It'd be cool if you add compatibility with "Legendary Drawbridge". If i could also recommend making some slight adjustments for race mods that have larger then normal sized players. for example the b'ig dragons race mod.

The spawn point house is 10 iron bars, 350 wood, and 500 stone, while the beach house is 6 iron bars and 275 wood!

this is by far the best starter house mod ive seen, its well designed, and provides many early game items to jumpstart your experience

The basement has wires in it to trigger the lights, but the game thinks it's a trap that didn't generate properly so in one of the last few passes it'll remove all the wires in the basement. There's a few solutions to that, but the one I took was just placing the basement after the game clears broken traps!
It works most of the time, but there's some cases like this where it doesn't quite work.

I agree, that is interesting, never knew that! I always play without the basement, since I use the roomates mod, so I can pile all of them into one main building ^^;; (partially so I can farm NPC drops when they die during blood moons and goblin invasions and stuff)

Oh yeah that's true, I forgot about the previewer mod. So yeah not really anything with this mod then, nevermind (albeit I do find it interesting that the basement is only actually created in the Final Cleanup stage).

I think it's looping world, because if you use the mod "Worldgen Previewer", one of the steps in world generation is the looping world mod shifts the entire world to the left or right by about 20 blocks. I observed this awhile ago, hope it helps! :)

Interestingly seems to have a weird incompatibility with "Looping World" in that the basement spawns offset whenever I have that mod enabled, the trapdoor & basement spawning unconnected to the house (elsewhere underground). Not sure which side would actually need to fix it, though.

Yep! Npcs die at the sulphuric sea so it’ll always be on the other side!

The house(s) will spawn when you make a new world! But there's also an item to create both the spawn point house and the beach house.

I love this mod, there's only one flaw tho, the basement can't spawn if it is below 0,4
Not upside world mind you.
Tho perhaps Remnant mod activate that setting

An update - it is a problem with Structure Helper, but there's a known workaround for the issue. Expect a fix in the next day or 2!

The item frame problem is fixed in this most recent patch, thanks for the reports guys! The chest issue however seems to be a problem with Structure Helper, and I've brought it up with the author. I'll let you know the status on that one as we go!

Getting some problems as well. Items aren't on the frames, chests won't open within the generated house. I got including this one 124 mods enabled. I'd have to look around and see what else is broken.

I've found the issue with the magic storage tiles being dirt blocks, a fix for that'll be out in a few minutes! I couldn't find anything that crashed the game though, so if you can reproduce it please let me know!

For the compatibility thing, it honestly depends on exactly what breaks! Some things I have control over, but other issues can’t really be solved by me. I’ll have a look tomorrow and see what I can do!

Sorry for that! I’ll be able to get a fix for that out tomorrow. Until then, you can just enable magic storage but disable the config that gives the starter setup, and that should work.

The latest update broke something - the mod attempts to load a check item for Magic Storage, which causes an error when Magic Storage is not present.

Wrath of the Gods causes issues like that in multiplayer, give disabling that a shot. Otherwise, send a screenshot on discord and ill be able to help more!
