报告翻译问题
The cigarettes are a bit different from the vanilla cigar, yes. They don't give psychosis resistance, but they do reduce psychosis, not as much. They don't heal reaper's tax because they would be unbalanced since they don't require a talent to craft.
Overall, i didn't want to make the cigarettes JUST a reskin of the cigar, i wanted a more realistic approach on them.
actually, why do none of these items work like the 2 ingame tobacco items we do have?
