I think dire rats would be fantastic pets. Highly trainable and you could even feed annoying neighbors to them.

I was only last night debating the value of Dire Rats as pets to my family and now I think to check the game mods and find this gem. Perfect ;)

Cursed was definitely the right word. Reminds me of spell in Pathfinder to vomit a swarm of spiders. Nightmare fuel, that.

I have a very cursed request... would it be possible to patch this mod with Alpha Genes' rat vomit, so when you vomit rats, you could possibly vomit these guys as well?

Giant rats would make such awesome pets in meatspace. With a few tweaks here and there, they would be, like, the perfect pet for so many people! I'm so trying out these lil" guys.

No kidding. The rimworld rats come out to about 26 pounds, which is a little bit heavier than my dog, lols. They must be using NY City rats on the Rim. That's probably because you wouldn't be able to get any units of meat out of them if they were properly sized.

These have a mass of 45 kg, which is the same as the labrador. Which is larger than most labradors top, though I have met a 100 pound lab before. The dude was a 4-legged bulldozer.
