No, I guess it isn't. A few months ago, I've asked him about the project status of the B2L4D2 project. His answer was that he stopped modding L4D2 and a few minutes later he sent me the unreleased files.

@(♕)Mr.Admin-Bear-☆☆☆ I wouldnt go rushing ahead and claiming you know a whole lot either, The AKM is an Assault rifle and is infact a lighter version of the AK-47. because you put a 100 round mag onto it does not instantly make it an LMG.

1) Well it gets rather boring during a zombie apocolypse without internet and ipods, so in my spare time, I sanded it down and put a nice new finish on it. In fact, I just got done polishing it. :)
