Honestly, best Sonic villain. Not perfect, but he was still intimidating and interesting. Especially compared to most of the recent Sonic villains. Except Surge, Kit, Mimic, Starline, The End, and maybe the Deadly Six now cause of IDW, and Tails Nine.
