@Drekr Muzzle flash would still be present in suppressed weapons. The only difference is that it would be a smaller flash. Also, you can still hear suppressed weapons pretty clearly. Games and movies made it too quiet to be much more distinct. You can hear a suppressed shot from 200m on flat ground. Hope that was informative.
