Only issue he has is that he seems to warp up or to the side when hitting the edge of his terrain with Up Special way too easily. He can circumvent edgeguards by intentionally hitting the corner of the stage, or might accidentally die if going straight down with Up Special on the top of the ledge.
The references to GFVS Belial/ABelial are a nice touch, too!
Upsecial seems to have a quirk where you can't consistently make yourself aim 90 degrees down by just holding the left stick downwards due to how it's coded. You have to swivel the left stick from up to down like a 180 motion command to get it do so, my suggestion is to change that.
