Mega Hive world upgrades from Industrial Hive world.

I'm in the middle of a playthrough and was wondering what are the requirements for mega hive? I have built up to super hive placed orbital ring tier 3 with habitation but still no option for mega hive please help

@Wizard_Ice that is the plan in the future, one is currently doing exactly that for the Tau starting system. placing it roughly where they are in lore so yes its possible.

wondering if it would be possible to set up a permanent spawn point depending on Player's Choice in the eye of Terror. maybe something akin to An Origin. just food for thought

in the empire creation every time i go to city&room it just crashes to desktop and i made sure it was the only mod running in case it was a conflict

But to get the mega hive and super hive you keep upgrading through the decisions tab. And promethium can be found within the galaxy and made through the promethium refinery building.

This is both a balance fix and bug fix THE LAST ISSUE from the 4.0 incident. ( To my knowledge)

Yeah that's what is happening I tried with forcefully spawning a couple of Hab districts but the effect didn't want to bind I have found another work around. That I have just tested and that works to solve this issue its now works across all the planet types and converts to a 1 to 1 ratio. so if you have 15 city districts when you change over your world to Hive World, Refinery Ect it it gives you 15 districts of that worlds equivalent and doesn't just eat up all the previous material you have put in the separate districts before the change.

@aurelias I think I figured out why the district thing is happening and why it is wiping buildings when you "upgrade" a world. When the decision is completed, the world changes and has no districts built. I think if when the decision is completed and it spawns one or two of the housing districts, it should fix the issue. When colonies are founded, they spawn with two city districts, but when the upgrade to the new planet types is taken, no districts are made. So, the uUI bugs out. It fixes once you build a district.

I noticed that when a world is converted via the decision process, you need to build a district first then you can build buildings. At least with the Imperium's buildings. I haven't tested other races yet.

This is the double version of his mods but they are all the same essentially. Its gotta be some confusion in the game when it comes to generating the new district plot numbers on planet transition. There is no crash when the planet is formed but once you click on the district to generate a plot it goes boom.

@Atomsmasher927 yes that is whats causing it we tested it awhile ago to find what was causing it its something the base game places when you seem to either swap a planet class or colonize from scratch no idea why paradox did this but been searching for a way to cut it off at its roots ever since.

@Aurelias yes there is a city district building there. And that never seems to go away so would the issue be stemming from that? Because it does this at the end of the month/ start of the month. I wonder if there is a tool that allows you to see all the events of the game as they happen. That way it would tell you why its always at the month tick that it happens.

I downloaded the new slots mod that was recently popular, might be the issue. I tested with all of your planets and it crashed each time, guess that mod author will need to add compat with this mod or vice versa

When a mechanicus forge world is created when you select the main district to select a specialization it crashed the game 100% of the time.

Its actually base game 4.0 issue theres only a workaround i have found unless the condition in your case is different which I doubt it will be. does there happen to be a regular city district on the world your trying to work on.

So I talked about this a while ago and I just booted up the game again to see if the issue was resolved but Im still having issues with the forge worlds deleting all buildings after they are built. When I watch it it looks like everything seems to have an O with a / through it after each month for an in game day. Its really annoying and the only reason why I dont like this mod. Please fix this I want to build titans so bad!!!!!!!!!!

cause i choose the great crusade origin and stuffs got all techs but the ascension perk isnt there, i had all the required dlc too, maybe a tutorial on how to get the perk would be nice, tyvm
