похоже на арабов ближний восток, на чехов ничуть. Соответствие тут все видимо от объектов одежды больше завист, а не их ретекстур.
В арме 2-3 похожий на них мод делали.

I have been surfing through the skin models for insurgents and apparently the Militant/Fighter/Striker is a bug for all insurgents skins, this a bug from NWI and I hope gets fixed in the coming update.

General_Lechna sometimes they do work and then sometimes they don't. It's werid might be with the servers.

"They will be, we have some new models. You'll have to unsub from any incompatible mods and it's up to the mod author (not us) to update them." Official statement of a Ins Dev.
If you update them it should work now for all classes.
