The gif is from stalker anomaly, it uses the FDDA mod (food, drug, drink animations) and the THAP Mod (remakes the outfit hands to be more high quality)

The pills are not a swep they are from the actual Stalker game specifically from the Gunslinger mod for stalker. I think he just used used the gif in game as a preview image lol.

Well I mean I am happy you will update this to add c_hands but for the average workshop user this addon would be useless no? Not everyone knows how to edit lua or even how to extract the addon but I am glad to hear you will be making them into c_hands.
