Works fine in 1.6.
The only issue is..
You can stack them both to -95% sleep fall rate. And they stack together with vanilla Circadian Assistant for another -20%. Effectively going over 100% and thus removing need for sleep. Maybe thats OP

Yeah the implants reduce rest fall rate, aka "go longer without sleeping", rather than increase sleeping speed, aka "sleep for shorter time." So these are less sleep accelerators and more wakey-time extenders.

Pink Lion, I don't know the answer but you could find out by going to the info tab on a pawn and seeing which stat is modified by the implant

So how exactly does this implant work? It's in-game stats appear to be broken or mislabelled. As rest fall rate would imply that that can stay awake longer rather than sleep less.
