I can confirm I lost progress too from the beta as well.
I managed to have all my checkmarks gone, and all my completed challenges undone, but all my unlocks and achievements remained.

This mod you made helped me get my marks back, thank you.

May be an issue with the online beta or REPENTOGON itself? i haven't heard anyone having this issue and it makes no sense to happen either.

I don't know if it happened to other people, but many of the challenges I had done are undone.
