It disables fulton and extract corpses.
I tried it, but it's not interesting for me.

If you really want me to balance it, I can make it have map-wide range, a free action, and infinite charges with no cooldown.

I just noticed Blue in the top right of the image. You didn't need to put this much effort into the thumbnail, but you did it anyway.

@Dukenukem117 should be fixed by this update.

Turns out when you alter an ability via Ability Editor, you gotta re-state its cooldowns and such.

There is a bug where the grapple seems to have no cooldown. Can spiderman right now.
