Ok go to steam library the click Garry's Mod, Then go the settings on the right side, click properties, then you click betas and click the box next to beta participation and select x86-64 - Chromium + 64-bit binaries. and now your done (or maybe I did that wrong)

Right click on ur gmod tab in the left where it says games. go to properties. then swap "play garrys mod" from under launch options to "64 bit" make sure it doesnt ask again. thats how you dont crash while using this
