It's currently impossible to do anything about it REALISTICALLY, because this version of source doesn't have cloth collisions, only jigglebone constraints (basically angles). So when you have a cape with say 20 bones, it's pretty much impossible to fully prevent clipping when moving.
As you said, it's a minor thing and shouldn't really impact how the model looks. Cheers.
I wanted to share some observations regarding the behavior of the TEMPLAR's cape and outfit. I've noticed that the movements of the cape are quite strange. In fact, you can see the TEMPLAR's legs when he walks, which is unfortunate. I think it would be necessary to adjust the gravity effects to make it more realistic.
Despite this minor issue, I want to congratulate you on the excellent work you have done so far. Your dedication and expertise are clearly reflected in the rest of the project.
