well, I know that RT issue cuz I encountered it once on Gmod. But I do not know what causes it, so I may have to ask somebody

My graphics are set to high across the board, and I wasn't getting any conflicts with other mods.

everything seems very normal for me, I tested it from lowest to highest settings without any issues. But in your case I think you should check if the mod is incompatible with any add-on

For some reason the scope, rather than having a reflective lens of the game world like other snipers, is a white circle with the letters "RT" in the middle.
