What I mean is the pixelated vision effect that gives the game a bit of a retro feel. In video game terms, I sort of associate it with blur, though that's just me. ^^; However, is there a way to keep it from coming on with each boot-up of a map?

Is there a way to keep the blur effect from coming on with each boot-up of a map? Because I'm constantly needing to turn it off each time. All the other HUD features remain off, but not the blur.

would've used but i feel like a lot of the stuff added should've been separate mods,
