I have never, ever, EVER heard of a "White Phial" during my 6 years in Skyrim. WHAT the frick is it?

I have a white phial and stuff but im not getting any of the powers for it. and i cant do anything with it.

Perfect! My White Phial was broken due to the Lightweight Potions Mod, but this fixed it and upgraded it as well. Thank you!

Might have figured it out, I was using it with a bow. When I tested it with a dagger, it didn't do anything extraordinary.

I encountered a similar problem to the one Azo had. I made a potion of Jarrin Root, Crimson Nirnroot, and River Betty. When I used the poison I'd later find the White Phial empty, and the poisons I'd taken from the Phial gone from my invintory. If you'd like to try and figure out why this is happening, the specifics are this:
#1-Have potions that were taken from the White Phial
#2-White Phial is full
#3-Use poison on an enemy (for me this was a dragon)
#4-Check and see if the potions are in the invintory
#5-Attempt to use the Retrevial power to take the potion from the Phial
Those are the exact steps I took to encounter this glitch, please (if you have the time) try and take a look to see what's wrong here.

Azo Harper....not a problem I've encountered myself and not sure what the cause could be I'm sorry to say.With any luck the next update will fix it, keep an eye on the nexus

Im having alot of problems using potions that ive made myself, in specific, the Poison you can make using the Jarrin root from the dark brotherhood quest. I used jarrin root and red mountain flower. It will work fine as long as I am in the same map but as soon as I leave and use it, when it refills, the power to check the phial says there is nothing in it even though it says (full) in my inventory, when I try to use it, the phial will either vanish or my game will crash. Same with the potion retrevial power.

Ok thanks. It's not too often I find a mod author as helpful as you these days. Most authors have moved on to other things by now and don't have time for customer support anymore. It's nice to find a star still shining in the community. You have my gratitude.

Vampire Woona...had a quick look...no guarantees, but it looks compatible to me. Have a go...if it doesn't work, just uninstall one of them, but I'm pretty confident they will be compatible

his description says it should be compatible with anything but other replacers, but i wanted to check both ends of the string before i tied my shoes so to speak.

Vampire Woona...depends how the mesh/texture swap is implemented by the mod, but I'd say more often than not it will be compatible.

noahjwest...I like your idea for civil war weapons, I might well run with that...I also like the amulets idea, but I won't be doing that because they're not strictly artifacts (by the game's definition).

I really enjoyed the thane weapons and it would be nice to have something like that every time the player advances rank in the civil war. (especially when you are given tallius'/ulfric's weapon to kill tallius/ulfric). another idea, the amulets of gods (amulet of Talos....) they could be improved to better represent the god that they stand for. those two are the best I can think of right now thank you. :)

noahjwest....normally the answer would be no, not anymore...but I'm in the middle of updating these mods, so I might be able to sneak something in. what did you have in mind?

I have the perk requirement set to 1 because there are a lot of perks i want that are added by mods but when I drink a Modafian Tonic, I dont get any perk points. Anything thay could help?

chrisjasp...often it's research. If it's not research, I think to myself, what do I want for my next playthrough...and then I try to make that. For something like the White Phial, it's was all research. For other things, its more a case of combining research and creativity. So, for example, in the Thane Weapons mod, I wanted to make weapons that represented their Holds. So Deep Rout (the sword of Markarth), for example, had to be silver because the Reach's source of power is silver. There's also a saying that "blood and silver are what flow through Markarth"...so, the sword I created is a silver weapon that inflicts bleeding damage. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's extremely difficult. Thinking of modding yourself?

how do you get ideas do you do research or somthing id realy like to know?

hi zim,i just subscribed to this mod.i also subscribed to your bloodskal blade improved mod at an earlier date.like i said before i will stick with the light armor that comes with the blade.i'm uncertain on your other improved item mods.keep up the good work,u r awesome.(unlike the miz,lol.)

Loki101....it's all in the description...by default, the white phial will refill after an 18 in-game hour delay, but this delay can be shortened or extended using customization options

The Shrubbery King....no, I added them to be unique potions, they will never restock...the only way to get more than just the one sample is using the White Phial. Fortunately you can empty the White Phial without drinking its contents and it will still replenish itself....so you can stockpile samples using the White Phial

Question. If you bought the unique potions and used them, would they reappear in the vendor's inventory after they restocked. Blind Man's Bluff is just too useful of a potion for me. I hate those damn skittering things...

Black Rain....give the cracked White Phial back to Nurelion in the White Phial shop. Wait a few days (three, I think), and you'll receive a note from Quintus Nevale saying he's figured out how to repair the Phial. Complete the subsequent quest, and you'll get the White Phial. Also, be aware that you must have completed the quest, Throat of the World, to repair the White Phial

how do you obtain the white phial, i have the cracked quest tem called the white phial and i cant use it

VT10 | Cthulhu ...you can fill it with whatever you like...that includes jarrin root poison, though I'd agree, that would probably be overpowered unless you made the phial recharge time quite long

So can you fill it with a jarrin root poison? If so it could be a bit overpowered...

i use it for mead

=SM= Sneeky....I don't think that'll work...I think because of the way it scripts, setting it to 0 may cause CTD or may even freeze the game. I set PhialTime to 1 when testing, that's as low as you can go I'm afraid

Finally I've been looking for a mod that alters the white phial in this way! good job! Also is there Anyway of setting the PhialTime value to 0 so it refills instantly? So we could perhaps use it for testing purposes or simply to mess around?

@Alucard The only thing I dislike about the Deathbrand armor is that it looks just like regular light Stahlrim.

@Alucard- How is the Deathbrand armor set underwhelming? It has the highest armor rating out of any set in the whole game with it's enchantment (+100 armor rating for wearing the whole set)
