I found some bug about this MOD after 1.50 patch.
The box van-style model of 'Zanin Mule' be recognized by the system as a tractor, so the trailer is overlapped and appeared in an odd shape.

I think you need to patch the Zanin Mule, I don't think it needs a trailer attached to it scraping asphalt off the highways LOL.

Would be pretty cool if you could make the MatarHorn Boxvan driveable, and maybe a standard semi version of it.. ;)
