great mod from what ive played so far! i love the minibosses, first one i got was lea, and as someone whos played an unreasonable amount of crosscode it was a great intro to them! i'm here to report a bug tho- the sobriety quest(cannot gain positive status effects for an amount of battles) also applies to violette's shield, making her fight completely unwinnable if you dont have crazy damage

If I'm remembering the issue it was more the beams that were visually scanning as being a line above where they're supposed to be. I get what you're going for with them being elevated since they're not on the ground, I think just bringing them in closer would sort it - look at Ambient Burst as an example, it's slightly above the panel but not a lot.

Triss's beams and downward-moving-balls attack was a bit hard to parse. "Several" was overselling it but it was late and brain no worky. Kazaak and Shanghai were fine.

We were kind of conflicted over Lea as the balls are being thrown, not rolled,
but could you list the others with this problem?

There is one issue I've consistently had. Graphics for attacks in several boss fights (Lea's diagonal shots for example) appear off-center. It looks like the idea's that they've floating off the ground, but it just makes them look like they're on the wrong tile to me.

@Zeroflafi I should add to this that there IS a disclaimer that MoreLuaPower is required
The reason we don't have one about Enable Custom Lua Effects is because it's an old API mod that hasn't been updated since early 2020 and as such, it's obsolete and almost certainly broken by the handful of official updates to the game over the years (also its creator hasn't said anything in the Discord server in a hot minute), so nobody uses it anymore
Not to mention the potential compatibility issues with MoreLuaPower itself, which I think was what you were experiencing
As a rule of thumb, just don't use Enable Custom Lua Effects, most of the cool shenanigans have MoreLuaPower as a dependency anyways

After this comment I went and checked. There seems to be an error that limits your artifacts to 5(?) when it's enabled alongside the mod "Enabled Custom Lua Effects". Sorry for the trouble and I recommend you put a disclaimer about it atop the mod page.

We haven't changed the artifacts at all? Quite confused by all you've said there.
Did you comment on the wrong mod? This mod changes the zone to zone experience by adding new battles, new shops to find and adding minigame-like event spaces to a zone.

I am going to be honest, this mod is a huge disapointment.
The decision to rework the whole artifact system was a massive mistake which makes the game far less interesting, and it doesn't help is that the game seemingly wasn't rebalanced with it in mind at all.

It's really awful that a lot of quite interesting extra content is intertwined with such a mind boggling decision that works only against the game by making many of the artifacts just not worth picking due to their 1 time use nature or just being not good to warrant using a whole deleter in the future.

I understand the concept of making the player think more about what item they pick up, but this is far from the way to do it.

Now when did that mistype happen?
Guess Lurkr Chan (Lurker Omega) needs more weakening from the base game state it was in.
There's definitely a lot in the mod. Not sure if we got 100% everything when testing honestly.

... is it intentional that the thief has 3.6 mana regen in his Warlord loadout? Because that seems incorrect.

LurkrChans are kind of insane if you get one early, it's practically impossible to actually get around their attacks (which have knockback) enough to fight back unless you have spells you don't have to aim.

I've been playing pretty frequently with this mod though and that's my only actual complaint. Overall it's very good and I'm pretty sure I still haven't seen everything.

I cycled all the way through and recognized the distinct silhouette, but it wasn't available and I had the achievement.

Then I launched the game just now to get screenshots as proof and it was available. I'll just chalk it up to the game being a little weird sometimes.

1. Are you sure you beat her at Tier 4 ? Did the achievement pop up and everything?
2. Maybe you just didn't scroll through the skins enough?

Also that capitalization thing should be fixed next update.. whenever that is

Oh, meant to say: other than those minor issues, I've been loving this. It's great work, and I especially love all the little touches in the battle with <Thief>

This might be a conflict, but I beat <program> 4 and was told I unlocked her skin for Saffron, but it's not there.

Also, I have yet to be spared by a single boss since installing this. Is that by design, or is it just a side effect of hostages often being much harder to save? Even Reva's been executing me when I lose.

Hello, I have an error at mod install time. It shows as follows:

Texture at /SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/960690/3122192963/VoyageData/meteo/_Kazaaak/Mantis/Kazaaak_Idle_07.png was UNABLE to be loaded! IT will be missing.

I'm on Linux, which is case-sensitive. These files are expected to use the word "Idle" but are written "idle" in the file storage. I renamed the files to use "Idle" and the error no longer appears.
