First of all, have you allowed doctrines economy? If no, then your save is doomed.
If yes, you can do the following : reload the game to a previous time (before buying your last doctrine). When you can buy another doctrine, you just don't buy it and wait.
Also I love this mod now. 10/10, best ever seen on Civ5 Workshop. God bless your sweet heart
UA: 98% off unhappiness, all wait time (in moving troops, building, researching, getting new social policies, waiting to get gold/faith), and enemy combat strength.
UU: The Ascended is unlocked from start, and it has 250 moves, can buy cities, embark, and use ranged/see attack 50 tiles away. It also has combat power which is really good, and it can paradrop up to 500 tiles away.
UU2: The Coder replaces worker, and it do things like instantly research 5 techs for a turn.
UB: All stats are changed to +100 and it will also create 5 new Coders and 5 new Ascended.
This will be balanced.

Every entry under "Yield" is the value you have to change.
Game is hard.
I'm writing a program to make mods not flag the game as modded because I got tired of waiting for the game to configure after it crashed.
(Along with a number of other changes)
I have my steam stuff all on its own separate hard drive from all my others. So IDK if that has thrown everything off or what.
