Of course! No credit needed, feel free to use it! Have a nice day!
Is there a way to nerf the AI so that it wont request becoming a tributary so often? like maybe instead of a yes/no answer have a "yes / not now / never and dont' ask me again or i'll burn your castle down?"
Also, can we make a change so that broking an agreement is less penalised if the tributary didn't payed for the last 5 years for example?
2. I don't think colour change would be a good idea as they would look to alike to vassals, which I personally would like to differentiate from my actual vassals. Keeping the original colour would avoid confusion and provide more "buffer state" feeling :)
3. Yup I am looking forward to more wars and CBs related to forcing and ending tributaries
I am excited for this mod as I believe many players are starving for tributary mechanics especially for tall playstyles, keep it going!
I don't know how hard it would be to code, but maybe you can create a map setting (like the government map setting or terrain map settings) that show the tributaries, like a "sphere of influence" settings?
I implemented it on a whim, but it was not a good idea.
Sorry for the confusion!
I'll get rid of the map color change idea soon!
Of course, if the tribute relationship ends, the original color will be changed back.
However, it does not seem to be possible to save the color directly, and I am modifying it by referring to the color of the capital barony of the primary title, so it needs to be verified if it completely returns to the original color.
It is just a reproduction of the mechanism, so it cannot be used with ck3->eu4 save data converter, etc.
However we cannot reverse this, a Duke cannot ask a count. Actually how can we mod this so that it isn't just Kings and Emperor that can request it, so that Dukes can request it.
This is just a tribute!
- Add: If war is declared by a tributary state from an overlord-state's vassal, a ceasefire can be proposed to the attacker.
- Remove: Restrictions on declaring war from vassals against top-liege's tributary-states
- Add: Vassals can no longer declare war against states that have tributary relations with Top Liege.
- Fix: Demand tribute Event, I paid Event, I refused to pay Event.
(Event text not yet completed)
Other minor amendments.
