Somehow this is the only UI variant that doesn't work with Tiny Outliner, at least for me. Tiny Outliner being loaded after the UI mod.

I was just trying to find out the cause since a very low resolution like for example 1280x768 can display things differently.
But since you're running other mods then those are the reason.

my resolution 2k (2560x1440p) why, does the image explode in size when you zoom in on it? lol

ya im running a few improvements. I do like more Ascensions and Traditions as my games are long.

do you have other mods activated?
and what is your monitor resolution?

thats a progress bar? i mean making it yellow works too :p

speaking of. the only reason im using this mod is because the flavored UIs override the ascension perk slot number.

lol ill see if this doesnt help:
Its the empty building slots with the + under the Districts. if you zoom in on the open slots and restricted slots, you can see there is a highlight at the bottom of each + box. these highlights are to show that a building is being constructed on it.

The only issue i have with this UI, is that the color of selected build spaces of a planet are too close to the UI color.

This UI is for those who want to experience the old STNH UI.

Important: you can subscribe to all UIs but only activate 1 UI in the launcher at a time! (otherwise the game will crash)
