The culprit was 'Four[sic] Inner Circle Slot for Germany' by atkosturuyom. On closer inspection, it was actually screwing with quite a number of German Generals, as I noticed Bittrich wasn't the only one missing, a lot were.
Would it also be too much of a stretch to add Zhang Aiping, Xiao Jinguang, or Liu Huaqing as admirals to the PRC? I understand this is probably too early for them to historically be there, but they were alive, and having no admirals besides when playing as the PRC is a little sad.
@Manga: He shows up fine in mine, so not sure of the conflict?
@Tony: What am I updating? The mod is updated to current release of HOI4.
I use Linear XP Gain for Generals and French Generals rework, Wolfenstein Characters, some TNO generals and unique generals in my modpack for Germany.
Do I need to take all of them out for this mod to work?
@Vincent: Thank you. I would think this should work OK if loaded after EAI, since most of their character changes are AI weight. But never can tell; it's a big overhaul mod.
@Imperator: Bittrich working fine on my end, in fact, I think he's the only one who doesn't come with Himmler inner circle. This sounds like a conflict.
