I think I remember this courtyard! I sat with my back against the yellow building and rested while a mother stood at that black doorway playing a game along the lines of "marco polo" with her two <10y/o children. The sun was bright and low at around 4pm in January.

i went to italy and stood in this exact courtyard lol
