Hi, I've recently got back into the game and I want to start modding, something that I have never done before on any game. I think I understand the basics of modding for Prison Architect, and want to learn more. As a boxing enthusiast this seems like it could be a really fun mod to adapt and play with. I've already had a look at your text files and tried out your mod in the game.

Would it be ok with you if I publish my adapted version to Steam Worshop (if I ever finish it), giving you credit of course. Perhaps you could also give me some modding advice?

I want to make the job and program functional with fights, betting and crowds of spectators.

@LordVanLahn Is there a way you could create some sort of trigger when a inmate walks into the Arena room, their specific needs decreases temporally until someone gets Knocked out they stop fighting and regain their specific needs? That could work if there is a way to do it. Meanwhile, I only have my snitches in the arena with another inmate to trigger my fights lolz

I don't seem to know exactly HOW to get prisoners to fight eachother in the ring, when the work in the Arena they sweep the prison instead.

Hi i am having trouble getting them to fight in the arena after they have fought. @FireNinja007 I have been working very hard to figure out a way to make them fight, sadly it's not happening right now. I think the code to support the actions I would require to do this will be in a later alpha update. For now they get exercise and recreation.

@[VILEMELON]Poryful-Z I mispoke, you could probably run mods that do not change the sprite file, or the research icon. I haven't tried it to be sure.

So if I run this mod with others, even if they don't involve new rooms or things like this, it will not work?

maybe make it that thye can get injured during training or matches?
