GMad Extractor is a tool used to extract the content from Garry's Mod workshop addons.
You can get it from here: http://www.treesoft.dk/gmod/gmad/

To remove the shininess, you'll need to extract the .gma with GMad Extractor.
Edit the .vmt file and remove the $envmap env_cubemap line.
Then copy the new .vmt to the same location it was in the .gma

I think you'll need a gun mod with the AWP in it to see the Asiimov skin.
