ever tried looking for head to hit, if it doesn't work, it may be because the model doesn't have a hitbox for head

@Dejtriyev Might eventually fix it, it's more complicated to work with serverside ragdolls created upon NPCs' deaths
@ReeNo Will add a console variable to disable it
